Information we process
We process account details such as your name, email address, encrypted password representation, session identifiers, and profile information. We also process purchase records, license keys, activation domains, plugin versions, support tickets, and security audit events needed to operate the service.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are not stored by this application. We retain Stripe identifiers and transaction status needed to issue licenses, provide support, process refunds, and maintain accounting records.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver licenses and plugin downloads, validate permitted website activations, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with signed tokens, and access to account data is restricted to the account holder and authorized administrators. Data is retained for as long as required to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the support portal. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained for contractual, security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
