Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to the customer portal, licensing API, plugin downloads, and related support services.

Last updated: August 5, 2026 · Applies to WooCommerce Whop Checkout.

Acceptance and account responsibility

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the software, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

License scope

Each purchased plan grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of websites stated by the plan. Starter permits one website, Professional permits five websites, and Agency permits unlimited websites. A website activation must remain associated with a domain you control.

Updates and support

Lifetime licenses allow continued use of the purchased software. Product updates and support are included for the period stated at purchase. Access to updates or support may end after that period unless renewed or otherwise provided by the applicable plan.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, bypass license enforcement, interfere with the API, submit malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. A refunded purchase may result in the associated license being revoked and plugin update access ending.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, security events, upstream provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license during the twelve months preceding the claim.
